I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly helpful and found the perfect room for my needs, the service in the casino was disappointing, especially from one bartender. The ocean view from the room was stunning, and the security made me feel safe during my stay. However, the casino's atmosphere felt a bit lacking, and I had an unusual experience with the staff down there that detracted from the overall enjoyment.
